I am not much for cooking or baking but when I saw THIS recipe from my fellow friends over at Baubles & Backdrops, I knew I had to give it a try myself.
The recipe was super easy to follow and it only took about 30 minutes to put together (including the baking time). These cookies didn't make it through the day. They were completely devoured moments after they came out of the oven.
Recipe:
One Box of Funfetti Cake Mix
1/3 Cup of Veggie Oil
2 Eggs
3 Tbsp of Easter Sprinkles (I found mine at Target)
1 - 1/3 Cups of Easter M&Ms
Baking:
Preheat oven to 350
In a bowl, combine cake mix, eggs and oil then mix with a spoon thoroughly
Add sprinkles to dough and continue to mix by hand
Then shape the dough into 1" balls and place them two inches apart on a baking pan lined with parchments paper
Bake for 7 minutes
If you have any M&M's left over, you can gently place some on top of each cookie
