Yesterday, we took advantage of the beautiful Carolina weather and took a stroll out on Lake Norman. We picked up my sister and her husband and just cruised the lake and grabbed some lunch on the outdoor patio at what we call one of our favorite little reggae dives.....The Blue Parrot. The music always puts the perfect touch on our dining experience. I mean, who doesn't love reggae or Bob Marley? It's such a perfect mood setter for a great day under the sunshine.
