Books on Babes & Body

I have a handful of books that I have really enjoyed reading during my pregnancy.   I have never really been one to sit down and read a book or finish one but since I have lessened my work down to one to two days a week, I've had plenty of time to read a few that were on my list and even throw in a few good walks/runs in between.  If you are an expecting Mother or are planning to become pregnant soon, here are a few GREAT books that I have thoroughly enjoyed.

I also wanted to share with you what I think will be a must have for all you expecting Mother's out there or any of you that have just recently had a little one and can't quite make it out to the gym or are just not quite comfortable enough to get back out there and do your workouts. Grab a pen or pencil and make note of these:  Tracy Anderson's, The Pregnancy Project (due to release March 12) and Tracy Anderson's Post-Pregnancy Workout Method.  I hate that I am only going to be able to do that last two workouts of the Pregnancy Project but I am looking forward to jumping right to see what it's all about.  And as for the Post-Pregnancy Workout video, I will let you all know how I like it once I cross that path in late April early May.  Have any of you expecting Mother's out there pre-ordered this video or have any of you tried the post-pregnancy workout?  If so, please share your thoughts on it.

Hope you all have a great weekend.
Thanks for stopping by!
